14 Dynasties and a Region: The History and Culture of the Muslim World

Dear friends and colleagues,

We would like to invite you to the launching ceremony of our upcoming exhibition 14 Dynasties and a Region. A collaboration between the Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia and Tokyo National Museum.

We are glad that despite the pandemic and current lockdowns, that both teams were committed to work together and finalise all necessary steps to make this wonderful display come to life. A wonderful exhibition of over 200 outstanding artefacts are on display in two grand halls, presenting a glimpse of the rich history and culture of the Muslim World. The exhibition is scheduled to be on display for almost 8 months, from 6 July 2021 to 20 February 2022, so we hope there will be a chance to actually visit it.
